  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger machinery.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
